Hollypaw woke up, she'd been asleep since she returned from training. She got up Why haven't I seen Phantompaw at all today? she wondered. Leaving the apprentice den she noticed Vanillapaw and Phantompaw were with a cat she didn't recognize "Hey Phantompaw, where have you been?" she ran over "and who's this?"

Hollypaw smiled "See over there? Looks like a deer" she watched it with curious intent "My mentor's not much better, Sandclaw is so picky, if you don't make the right cut on your prey's neck to kill it he makes you do extra training sessions later in the day"

"The usual. Nightclaw said I wasn't getting the pounce right when we were training and said i was too predictable and that the enemy would easilly guess where I was aiming for, but softened up a bit when I caught a decent sized rabbit. He said it's the first time I've done it properly"
